My experience began with Tony sitting down with me and talking through the home buying process as well as the current market conditions in the area. To start, Tony spent hours talking about the pros/cons of the property while writing up an offer. Even after the offer was accepted, Tony still came forward and continued negotiating with the seller to further mark down the price that was already agreed on. Due to some business-related issues on the seller side, the closing process took almost two years. Despite the fact that it was a small transaction, Tony was always patient in explaining the situation to me while working hard with the title company to remediate the problems. He even made himself available and answering calls during family leaves when he had to take care of his love ones.
Tony is truly a realtor who always had his client’s best interest at heart. He was honest, knowledgeable, and accessible. I couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying or selling a home!

He helped us locate a condominium in a prestigious condominium building in Lakewood Ohio and was patient and had to work through many potential listings until we found the one we wanted. When we found the one we wanted, we knew there would be a lot of competition. He developed a strategy that enabled us to get the property the day we saw it. Even more impressive is the fact that he sold our home in the suburb of Rocky River in one day at 20% over asking. Now this is a really good community, but he took many steps to ensure that the competition on the property would be keen and was in regular contact with a number of potential buyers and their brokers.
